1. Nominate Board members and Board-appointed personnel;

2. Prepare for Board meetings;

3. Discuss and study matters related to university development and construction plans, important regulations, major work arrangements, annual work plans and summaries, total staffing size, and salary standards, to support the Board in making scientific and efficient decisions;

4. Provide recommendations to the Board on matters within the scope of the Committee's responsibilities;

5. Oversee the implementation of Board resolutions related to the Committee's responsibilities.
