1. Conduct external liaison, fundraising for university resources, public relations activities, and enhance the university's social influence and reputation, to support the Board in making scientific and efficient decisions and promote university development;
2. Provide recommendations to the Board on matters within the scope of the Committee's responsibilities;
3. Oversee the implementation of Board resolutions related to the Committee's responsibilities.
