1. Discuss and study matters related to the university's financial policies and planning, budget and final accounts management, financial analysis, and supervision, to support the Board in making scientific and efficient decisions;
2. Provide recommendations to the Board on matters within the scope of the Committee's responsibilities;
3. Oversee the implementation of Board resolutions related to the Committee's responsibilities.
