1. Discuss and study matters related to the university's education and academic development plans, important policies, evaluation standards, and major work arrangements, to support the Board in making scientific and efficient decisions;
2. Provide recommendations to the Board on matters within the scope of the Committee's responsibilities;
3. Oversee the implementation of Board resolutions related to the Committee's responsibilities.
