1. Conduct external liaison, fundraising for university resources, public relations activities, and enhance the university's social influence and reputation, to support the Board in making scientific and efficient decisions and promote university development;

Facilitate the transfer and commercialization of the university's scientific and technological achievements, guide industry- academia-research collaboration projects, and promote exchanges and cooperation with industries, to support the Board in making scientific and efficient decisions and advance the university's industry-academia-research development;
