1. Facilitate the transfer and commercialization of the university's scientific and technological achievements, guide industry- academia-research collaboration projects, and promote exchanges and cooperation with industries, to support the Board in making scientific and efficient decisions and advance the university's industry-academia-research development;
2. Provide recommendations to the Board on matters within the scope of the Committee's responsibilities;
3. Oversee the implementation of Board resolutions related to the Committee's responsibilities.
